Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 20 days of purchase. Please initiate a return from your account page.

We charge a 5% restocking fee on non-defective items to balance lost shipping, credit card and labor costs. When we receive the product, we will issue you a refund. We issue refunds in the same form that we received payment, unless we make other arrangements. We do not reimburse shipping costs for returns.

In the case of mistakes, we will generally provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please contact us for details. We strongly advise you to insure any package you return to us. If the return is lost or damaged, we cannot assist you. We must receive your return within 30 days from when we send the Return Authorization number. After 30 days, the Return Authorization number will be void, we will remove exchanges on hold, and we will reject the return and send it back to you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges completed within 20 days. You must obtain a Return Authorization number before you ship your item back. We will not accept exchanges without a Return Authorization number. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number.

There are not restocking fees for exchanges with items of equal or greater value, although shipping charges do apply. We strongly advise you to insure any package you return to us. If the return is lost or damaged, we cannot assist you. If you are returning an item for a refund, it will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

WARRANTY

Arcform products are crafted with precision and excellence. We warranty all Arcform goods to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. If your product is defective, we will repair it, replace it or substitute it for a different product of equal value.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that happens on a knife. Damage caused by abuse, neglect, failure to perform maintenance or prying is not covered.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.

Knife Care

Arcform knives are designed and crafted with top-of-the-line materials. Follow these guidelines in caring for Arcform knives.

  • Keep the knife dry and away from moisture
  • Keep the blade sharp
  • Keep the knife clean and free from debris
  • Oil pivots to promote smooth function
  • To store, place in a cool, dry place after applying a light coat of oil
